Morty's Delicatessen - Hanover

Carrot cake was absolutely delicious! They make delicious deli sandwiches, but I didn't try it on this visit.

The sandwich was great, service was quick enough for the amount of people ordering. Workers could obviously tell that many of the people in line had never been there before, but offered nothing to help or advise on food, how to order, where to wait. The mac cheese left a lot to be desired. It was just greasy noodles with cheese baked on the top, not throughout at all. There was so much grease that I couldn't hardly keep in on the plate to cut through it. Only took 2 bitesand had to throw it away. Chicken noodle soup was already sold out by 6 pm.

The customer service absolutely sucks. You can literally be standing in line waiting for someone to take your order for at least 10 minutes. Even if they are short staffed, you should still greet the customer after they have waited so long just to place their order. Their hot dog and crab soup is great. This is the only reason why I will continue to go here after I finish playing on the slots.
