We've never been served so carelessly, starting with the order. We once wanted scaloppine in a white wine sauce, but said it wrong, and the waiter told us in an unacceptable tone that he didn't know what we meant! Then we asked for a large bottle of water, but only got a small one. One meal wasn't finished; we wanted the rest packed up, but it wasn't done. In the entire time we were there, we weren't asked once if we wanted anything else; we've never encountered such poor service!

The food has always been consistently good, and we had an excellent meal there two days ago. The prices for the dishes and drinks are nowhere near as exorbitant as in many other Italian restaurants. The only downside this time: Only after leaving the restaurant did we realize that we had only received an interim bill, which is often used for tax evasion/fraud because it is deleted from the cash register system after the customer leaves. Unfortunately, Stromboli's response isn't true, and I don't like being taken for a fool. We were served by Alice, who has worked there for at least five years and certainly created this receipt, which was subsequently deleted from the cash register. This is pure tax evasion.

The manager initially sa... read more I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Recently, we were there very late and wanted to take two pizzas to go. The manager initially said no because the kitchen was almost closing. But then he decided to let us make the pizzas. Very friendly! Always happy to come back.
