The generous bowl of the mushroom soup was unique and tasteful. The bread was fresh and tasty chewing. Also edible was the bottle bubbly blood orange soda. Proposal, try to visit during not peak hours. The unique waiting staff worked quietly with the smashing of lunchtime cartridges.
You can visit the cafe without paying to visit the museum, which is why I thought it needed an own assessment instead of being aside a review of the museum. When we visited the Sprengel Museum, the café there had proved to be a rather posh restaurant. This was much more our kind of place, with a younger clientele and a less stuffy atmosphere. The menu seemed to be varied and portions looked huge.
Beautiful café and bistro inside the Landesmuseum Hannover (can also enter the museum without admission). In beautiful weather, the lush outdoor spaces can be used in the protected courtyard of the museum. There are some hot dishes and very delicious homemade cakes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very recommended.
An intelligent restaurant in an interesting location. A plus point goes to the varied menu selection. This is guaranteed for everyone!
We enjoyed the visit to the restaurant and café Schönwald's in the Landesmuseum. Extremely nice service and the variations of leaf sachets we consumed were very tasty and returned the energy consumed during the museum visit. Also recommended are the homemade lemonades. There is a promising lunch table that we will try in the future. Breakfast for two was also on the map. Sounds after a good start to the day (also written to the To-do list). Also offers a basis for a shopping trip.
