Not only offers Maredo a predictabl... read more Every time we plan a visit to a larger German town, we look on the Internet if in this city a Maredo restaurant is situated. Not only offers Maredo a predictable quality of their steaks and a luxurious salad buffet, but their is also a lunch offer on weekdays with very good value for money. In Hannover the Maredo Restaurant is situated at the Georgstrasse, close to Kroepcke Square. We headed there for the lunch offer and a salad from the buffet. As anticipated, this Maredo didn't disappoint and kept the flag of the restaurant chain flying. The lunch rump steak was tender and tasty and the salad buffet was kept fresh with an extensive choice. Add a large cold Beck's beer and what can go wrong. Service of the staff, sometimes a weak point of the Maredo chain, was polite and quick. I can recommend Maredo in Hannover. The four point rating is well earned.

Food was OK. The prices were OK. The service was extremely slow. I would not recommend Maredo if you don't want to have a 3 hour meal often without a beverage. read more Food was OK.
