Manager had... read more Spent 45 min in the drive through and 15 min in front of the window. Never got food. It was 3 cars in front of me when I first got to the location. Manager had no Idea this was going on when I asked to speak with her. Also, couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take to get my order, just kept asking if I wanted a refund. All I had ordered was 3 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. If you think you want a quick lunch don’t do to this place.

Had an hours drive and when I got home I did not get what I ordered, got tenders instead...I called and I could not believe that I was questioned why I waited so long to open my meal!!! Umm...driving...And unless I drive back up there, there was nothing she would do... she was very belligerent, talked over me and would not listen to what I had to say at all! Had to just hang up. Never again will I patronize this business!!!

Ordered a breast and some of their nuggets. First online said order ready. Got there and they said they did not have extra crispy. Said okay to the regular. Then they said there is a problem with the order as they have none of the nuggets cause they are frozen. Told them to cancel the order and they said they cannot do that and I have to. Call the 800# number to talk to a person I cannot understand who says to call later because he cannot do anything. This store should just close down already.
