What William Williams doesn't like about Kfc:
Worst experience I have had. I live 10 miles away. Got home and there was no gravy. Biscuits were so hard . Like hockey pucks. And got original and it was burnt wherr you couldn't even chew it. Called them about the gravy and there excuse was they had newkid on the line. Do they even have a manager. Last night, my husband and son were asked for chicken legs, as we had the budfet..The lady was awsome to make sure they had them because that was all they ate. Very good experience. All workers seemed busy. Since we had changed a lot to be sure better!

I went to KFC for lunch. I have to say they were excellent. The fries are great! The service is great. I just had to wait a little for fresh fries, but it's better than getting gumy old fries like I have in other places. The cashier gave me one of their chocolate chip cookies for waiting, although it was less than 2 minutes.
The staff was borderline rude when we went in. It was a nice interior, if it had been clean. And the bathrooms were nasty. But hey, the sandwich was good ????
No butter for my biscuits no honey for the biscuits didn't even ask me for honey didn't ask if I wanted butter Had to go to the counter 4 or 5 different times
