I had to wait a little while for some fresh fries, but I would much rather wait than get soggy old fries like I’ve had at other places. Additionally, the cashier generously gave me a chocolate chip cookie for the short wait, which was less than two minutes. Overall, it was a great experience!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Every employee seemed busy and attentive. It’s clear that they have made significant improvements!

This KFC location lacks professionalism, especially the staff working at the drive-thru. I won't be coming back.
