I a... read more Worst experience I've ever had. I live 10 miles away, and when I got home, there was no gravy included. The biscuits were extremely hard, like hockey pucks. I also ordered the original chicken, but it was burnt to the point that it was almost inedible. When I called to complain about the missing gravy, their excuse was that they had a new kid working the line. I even asked if they had a manager, but they just said they could note my name and give me free gravy next time. This will definitely be the last time I eat there. They clearly don’t stand behind their name anymore. I wasted $26, and I wonder how they’d feel about just throwing that money away.

The food was tasty once it arrived, but the service was really slow.
