It is stuck in a nondescri... read more Letia I had lunch at Ya's today. It was some of the best Thai food we have tried. You have to keep your eyes open to spot this place. It is stuck in a nondescript row of small businesses on Briarfield Rd, across from the Aberdeen PO. It has many basil dishes, traditional Thai fare, and I my order of Pad Kapao (Basil Sir fry with pork) was a perfect 2 star heat as ordered. Letia ordered the Basil Fried Rice with chicken. It had no heat as she ordered. This tiny (6 top) dining area is clean and colorful (yellow walls, green trim) and has a very soothing ambience.

We have tried many Thai restaurants in the area, but yours truly stood out. Each dish we tried, including the beef panang, Larb Salad, Pad Thai, and chicken wings with fries, was outstanding. We can't wait to come back soon! The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was top-notch. Plus, for military families, the restaurant is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Langley AFB. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!

This was our third time there and each time we visit we are... read more My husband and I ate dinner at Ya's Thai Kitchen last night about 7 pm and it was amazing as usual. This was our third time there and each time we visit we are impressed with the menu items we order, the speed of the kitchen and the friendliness of the staff. We have eaten at most of the Thai restaurants in the area and although many are good in their own right, i find that Ya's is still my favorite for an authentic Thai meal across all menu items. Not too spicy, not too salty, just right. Some of our favorites: the HUGE chicken spring rolls (summer rolls), larb, chicken Panang, chicken basil fried rice, Green Curry, Garlic and black pepper beef. It is no coincidence Ya's kitchen has 5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly, and the owner even took the time to come out and greet me, offering to personally explain the menu. I thought that was fantastic. I decided to try the pineapple fried rice and the chicken egg rolls with the special sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! I chose a mild spice level and it was just right. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. I highly recommend this place – you should go and try it for yourself! #highlyrecommend

We tried fresh spring rolls, satay skewers, kanom jeeb, pad Thai, and Tom kar gai - everything was outstanding. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem, located behind a red and yellow title loan store at the intersection of Aberdeen and Briarfield.
