Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food spot, but the Orange Creamsicle Frosty was a letdown. It just tasted like vanilla with some orange coloring.
Hoping the manager reads this: On April 11, 2024, at 1:00 PM, I had the best fries I've ever had at Wendy's. They were noticeably better than the usual fries—crispier, with a better texture and overall taste. I’m not sure what made them so different (maybe it was the oil?), but they were outstanding. Whatever the staff was doing at that time, please keep it up! I visit this Wendy's frequently, and these fries were ten times better than normal. I was genuinely impressed!
I didn't have my wallet so I was planning to pay by phone. They wouldn't take me at the register when the kiosks wouldn't accept the payment.. instead they told me I needed to go through the drive-thru. I'd hate to think what would happen if I was blind or didn't have a car.
I drove around to the window to be courtesy about replacing a egg and cheese biscuit that I had the biscuit was extremely hard. I was told to pull around to the window and once I got to the window I was approached by a young lady at the first window asking me to repeat with a snappy neck and an attitude what I had already repeated in the drive-thru and she wasn't wearing a headset. This is the Aberdeen Wendy's. The breakfast crew need to be retrained or customer service
