He didn't pay... read more I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was very rude and disrespectful. I definitely won't be returning. He didn't pay any attention to me, and I had to repeat my request for a sub at least ten times. He even responded sarcastically, and I'm a regular customer.

I tol... read more I came in to pick up a mobile order so I went right to the register. After standing and being looked at for a few minutes, someone asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I was picking up an order. She then continues the order she wasworking on. After she completed it, she started helping the next customer in line, completely disregarding me and my order. Idid not pick up the order until over ten minutes after the time the app told me it would be ready.
