She explained that since I hadn’t received my refund on the day of the transaction, it would have to be handled by the corporate office. She asked for my information, which I gave her. The following day, I reached out again and was told that the corporate office had been notified and that my refund would be processed "soon." Now, almost two weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund!
