What Chandu Ram doesn't like about Ruyi Express:
chicken fried rice probably worst we have ever tasted and we ordered 3 : . Rice was badly under cooked, chicken is really bland and there was hair in one of the orders. Hot sauce we got appeared to be stale. We had to throw away most of our food. I hope we don’t get sick. Sorry for the bad review. I wish others will have a better experience. View all feedback.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, my chicken and rice had a taste that seemed old and leftover. It was definitely not fresh.
Unfortunately, the chicken in the lo mein was not very enjoyable. However, the portion size was generous for the price, and the customer service was excellent!
Excellent food and service, and one of the best Chinese restaurant in the Hampton area. I get the sesame chicken with plain fried rice . Highly recommended
Great fresh made to order food and a great portion for the lunch special , the lady at the counter was very nice!!! Great service , Great food !!! 3:30 lunch special endsUpdate , ordered yesterday, and I don’t know what happened but all they serve is jumbo shrimp and chicken, doesn’t even taste the same .
