Front staff is aggressive. Tracy Wyckoff, Autumn Campbell and Miles (front desk with dreads) are running the facility to the ground! No maintenance on site, have to deal with any amenities in the room not working until maintenance returns. We had to unclog our own toilet and bathtub drain. Mold covering the ceilings in the room. When attempting to complain, front staff will not assist. They allow Miles to aggressively knock on room doors and use foul language to degrade guests. They expect checkout to be earlier than said time of noon. All around terrible experience! We will not return. If you value your money and experience, highly recommend spending a bit more to book elsewhere.

While there... read more This hotel is located in a quiet business park area and offers extended stay accommodations. The rooms were very clean and the service was friendly. While there is no on-site restaurant, guests have the option of renting cookware to prepare meals in their rooms. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, there is a small gym and laundry area available for guests to use. I will definitely be booking a stay here again.

The bed is so comfy the pillows are not the f... read more Got checked in super quick by some of the friendliest hotel staff ever. Got to the room and it was insanely clean! The bed is so comfy the pillows are not the flimsy ones that most hotels have when you look in this price range. The furniture is modern and well kept. For the price this hotel is definitely a great choice and it’s clearly worth it even if it’s just for one night away from your normal hustle and bustle. We will definitely be looking up this hotel chain for future travels!

The price was reasonable, with a kitchen, nice bathroom, huge desk, lovely gym, and a store. The best part was that laundry was free. This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed in so far.

The room that I got looked totally different from the picture the room wasn’t that clean I had to clean it myself and spray everything down. The TV’s wasn’t anything special my boyfriend try to connect his fire stick wouldn’t connect at all. They barely had enough dishes the stove wasn’t cool we had to turn a timer on to start the stove and when we got there the stove had stains on it. When I asked the same guy at the front desk a question he had a little attitude I will never come back here again I really wasted my money I paid 449 for 2 nights and it wasn’t grand for 2 nights it’s not worth the money or the nights at all.
