We arrived around 5 PM, and while there were already a few patrons, the place began to fill up considerably as we waited for our food. **Service:** Shannon was our server, and she was fantastic—very helpful and cheerful. If she didn’t have an answer to a question, she promptly sought out one of her colleagues to find it. Unfortunately, the service was slow due to the kitchen being short-handed with only two staff members working, which delayed our meals significantly. Additionally, the table next to us appeared to be completely overlooked and ended up leaving without being served. **Food:** The menu is somewhat small but offers plenty of room for customization. I was a bit disappointed that the charcuterie board I had seen in photos wasn’t available that day. I ordered a double stack burger, which was excellent, and my partner had a thick burger that was also very good. He tried the Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese as well; the Brussels sprouts were especially tasty, and the mac and cheese was enjoyable too. Our friend ordered the prime rib, which arrived sizzling on a plate, reminiscent of fajitas, and it was pre-cut. They also offer a few vegetarian options on the menu. We particularly enjoyed the Brazilian limeade and the cafe con leche martini. **Overall:** Our order was not fully correct, as neither my friend nor I received our fries. However, Shannon was very apologetic, and the restaurant resolved the issue by removing the missing items from our bill. We’re generally easygoing, and honestly, we felt satisfied with the food we did receive, so this solution worked for us. Overall, the food was good, and we’re willing to return and give this place another try—perhaps it was just an off day for the service.

The music was at the perfect volume—not too loud. The food was delicious and served hot. I will definitely be returning!
