Nestled in the heart of the community, this restaurant serves an impressive array of fresh Japanese dishes, catering to both traditional and vegan preferences. Diners rave about the high-quality food, with standout dishes including fresh sashimi and delectable vegetable options like teppanyaki and gyozas. The $35 all-you-can-eat offering is a highlight, allowing guests to sample various flavors in a cozy, local ambiance. This restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh Japanese dishes, including specific options for vegan customers. Some of the vegan options include vegetable teppanyaki, vegetable fried rice or stir fry vegetables (cooked with oil instead of butter, no fish sauce), steamed vegetables, inari sushi, vegetable nori rolls, miso eggplant, agedashi tofu (can be made vegan by requesting no bonito flakes or sauce), vegan gyozas, edamame, and spring rolls.

I tried the a la Carte menu here and I really enjoyed it. <br/ <br/ Everything was really cheap and very tasty. The unagi in my unagi rolls were cooked very nicely however the only downside was that I had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. I want to try the all you can eat next time

We absolutely enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. We tried a variety of dishes from the menu and were impressed with everything. Just a tip for larger groups, the portion sizes are customized to the size of your table so be mindful when ordering for the group. The sashimi was particularly fresh and delicious, making it my favorite dish of the night. I would definitely come back to enjoy the same dishes again. This restaurant has become one of my top buffet choices.

There are many fresh Japanese food options at this restaurant. Make sure to specify with the staff that you are vegan. Vegan choices include vegetable teppanyaki, vegetable fried rice or stir-fried vegetables (made with oil, not butter and no egg), steamed vegetables, inari, vegetable nori rolls, miso eggplant, agedashi tofu (make sure to ask for it without bonito flakes and sauce), vegan gyoza, and edamame. However, the spring rolls contain egg so they are not vegan-friendly. Review updated as of January 16, 2020.

The ambiance of this place is that of a local gem. I visited on a Friday night and tried the $35 all-you-can-eat option. It's definitely worth a visit if you have some time to spare, although it does get quite busy and the service can be a bit slow. The flavors of the food were surprisingly good and exceeded my expectations.
