Was Brett Creange at Jamison's a mag?
The food at Jamison's was outstanding, with both the appetizers and entrees impressing me. I was also thrilled to find that there were no TVs in the dining room (they're available in the bar), allowing for enjoyable and distraction-free conversations. What Edward dislikes about Jamison's:
I ordered a medium rare burger but received it well done. I also requested fresh, extra crispy fries but got soggy ones instead. While I don't have high expectations from a burger, medium rare definitely shouldn't be served well done. I might consider returning, but I won't be ordering any meat until they can distinguish between medium rare and well done. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

The outdoor deck is lovely, and I started with a deliciously spicy cast iron meatball appetizer. The main courses were outstanding, and the dessert was delightful. With such a fantastic waitress, this place is definitely a winner!

I've been to Jamison's several times over the years and always have a nice experience. I like that this restaurant offers assorted specials frequently so there is always something new to try. I've historically had their steak and cheese flat bread, chicken tenders, and French fries, all of which were extremely yummy. On my last visit, I had the seared scallops and lobster risotto. I ate the entire meal in one sitting and would absolutely go back for it again. It was outstanding. I have, and will continue to recommend Jamison's to my friends.

Ok Service, clean, strong drinks(yes)!! Loud and it was not that busy, so I can imagine when it is busy. Just hard to have a conversation without saying what??? A hundred times. Food good. Appetizer- the chips were stale and rubbery. After trying toflag waiter down for a good 5 to 10 minutes we received fresh ones, by then half our dinner had been eaten. Prices are good, food is good, just not a place I'd go back to. I like to relax and have a conversation. It is relaxing but way too loud for me.???? sorry

Everything was a miss from the start. My friend ordered the duck which was listed on the menu, I ordered the salmon that was listed on the menu. Once we ordered, the bartender told us that the menu changed and the duck she ordered was no longeravailable (why weren't we told the menu had changed? and they had a duck special which she agreed to. I wasn't told of anychanges to my salmon. When our food came out, the runner tried to figure out who the order was for, stopping at 3 differentgroups of people. We realized that it was ours, but her duck was delivered as Sheppard's pie, and my salmon was not as writtenon the menu. The bartender blamed the kitchen staff, and the computer, which we noticed to be a common theme, she didn't takeownership for any of her mistakes. While the runner took the Sheppard's pie away, he left my dish. The bartender came over andonce again blamed someone for her error. My gripe here is: why did you leave my dish, knowing it was going to be 20+ minutesbefore her dish was made correctly? Why didn't you put it under a warmer? My plate sat there, waiting for hers to arrive so wecould eat. While waiting, I did ask the bartender why there was rice, and not fingerling potatoes, as listed on the menu. Sheblamed it on the menu being changed, again, not taking ownership for being unaware, and offered me a side of potatoes. About 25minutes later she said my potatoes should be out any minute. 12 hours later and I'm STILL waiting for those potatoes. Once hermeal arrived we ate together. My salmon was cold, the veggies were cold. It was very underwhelming overall. This is my advice,if your menu changes, make sure your staff is aware of those changes and provide a menu with the updates, not an out of datemenu. Also, take ownership for your errors, blaming the kitchen makes them look bad for no reason. Also, there were always atminimum 5 workers standing around outside of the kitchen doing nothing the entire time we were there, why not prov
