Bring back Tara and Nola. They were the best bartenders/servers at Rita's who always went above and beyond. It's no surprise that they left, as it was always clear they couldn't find reliable help. View all feedback.

I love the food here but they run a skeleton crew. I sat at the bar w a buddy, took bartender 30mins to take my order. I also ordered chips w macho sauce the second I sat down. Decent local watering hole. Drinks are cheap and good. Food is fine (nothing special) but reasonably priced.

O also I was hearing people walk in the hostess saying we close in 30mins at this point. They need to hire more staff, last taco Tuesday I'm doing there.
I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars!! My wife and I have eaten there before....and it used to be ok....just ok....but it was a laid back place to go to get a drink and slop on a plate. The service there now is terrible. We waited 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink....there were only maybe 4 other parties there. 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Chips and salsa used to be complimetry....not anymore! So we ordered chips with cheese....my Word!!! 30 minutes later we were served çhips with cold cheese. The bartender scooped up our menus and didn't even ask us what we wanted to eat!! They were not even busy lol....My wife and I were there to eat! And they didn't even take our order! I asked the waitress to cash us out...and let her know that we will never be back again. I highly recommend not eating at tho restaurant. Gordon Ramsay himself couldn't save this place!
Rita's is, by far, the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is flavorful and delicious (especially with macho sauce; it's similar to enchilada sauce but even better), the servers are always friendly and helpful (Kaley is the best, but everyone is great), and the prices are definitely worth it for the quality. I'm confused by the negative reviews that I've read on here, because my experiences at this restaurant have never been anything but positive. If you like Mexican food and you haven't given Rita's a try, you're missing out.
We enjoyed our first visit to Rita’s! We were happy to learn that they use the same recipes as Little Mexico, one of our all time favorite restaurants! The queso dip and chips were excellent! We also enjoyed the beef enchiladas. The beef burrito was a bit dry-next time we will try it with macho sauce or chili. It would be nice if that was included in the price and not an added cost. The atmosphere was fun and the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful!
