I've had the regular refresher with coconut milk several times before and have never experienced anything like this. I returned to request a refund because the coconut milk tasted strange and spoiled, but the manager rudely told me it was my fault for choosing that drink. I have never encountered such disrespect at a restaurant before. I left without a refund or any store credit. The customer service was truly terrible.

They remade the drink, but it still wasn’t right. When I called to address it, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. Many places forget that without customers, there is no business.

I had gone by this place many times, it looked like a neighborhood retreat. Found under Deli with very good reviews, I decided to review it. The variety of hot and cold sandwiches was great. To test the cornbeef sandwich, it was filled with delicious meat and all trimmings. I'm so happy I discovered this place. I drove past this place many times and never realized what I was missing. Good prices
