Nobody to greet you at the door. Bar used to be open seating so we just decided to sit down. Two different employees eventually acknowleged us in passing but they weren't sure how to handle us. They said there wasn't anyone covering that area. One told us we might be able to get a drink when we asked if we could get at least something. However, it would be a bit of a wait for food as they were backed up. Apparently, only enough staff to take care of barely 1/2 the restaurant. We just left. Far cry from the way it used to be years ago an efficient and friendly place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

What followed was an i... read more After being seated, we were quickly served our drinks — along with dirty plates, which was already an unfortunate sign of things to come. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. We ended up waiting for over an hour without ever receiving our food. Meanwhile, the temperature inside the restaurant dropped noticeably, made worse by the air conditioning blasting on what was already a chilly day. Despite the long wait and growing discomfort, there was little communication from the staff. Eventually, we had to flag someone down and express our concerns. What followed was a disappointing back-and-forth with the team, who seemed hesitant and reluctant to take responsibility for the situation. In the end, we decided to close out the ticket, $7 for sodas and left without ever receiving the food we had ordered. To their credit, the staff did ultimately agree to refund the portion of the ticket for the food that never arrived, but only after some back-and-forth. Overall, the lack of organization, poor service, and uncomfortable atmosphere made this a very disappointing experience.
