This is a fantastic little hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff are friendly, and the food is of exceptional quality. Each dish is presented with care and attention, rather than just being haphazardly thrown together. I believe this has become my favorite restaurant in the city! No Effort No Flavour. Our first visit and only night as a stop over. We googled and most (older reviews) gave Izzy's Taven good reviews. We were excited and ordered a wine beer to kick off what we thought would be a delicious meal. Entree dips pita. The pita had been fried in a pan of oil. Why?
