What ruined the night is the servi... read more Let first mention that my meal was fine. I had the Harry’s classic. Shrimp cocktail, lettuce wedge, NY strip, and cheesecake. What ruined the night is the service. Some of the worst service that I’ve experienced in my lifetime and as a business traveler, I’ve dined all over the world. The tip was built in so I was forced to leave a tip. But if the tip wasn’t included , it would’ve been the time in my lifetime that I haven’t left a tip. The level of poor service was inexcusable. Avoid Harry’s at all cost. You can forgive a bad meal, but terrible service is inexcusable. The large party of to women dining next to us came over and said , we’re going through the same thing over here. Their service was really bad too. We both had the same waitress. I was so looking forward to our last night on Bermuda being memorable, but what I will remember is that some of the worst service that I’ve ever had in plus years was at your restaurant

Steak horrendous- served very rare when medium rare ordered. Eat a few mouthfuls but far too rare. Waitress had kitchen cook further (I hate it when they do this). When it came back it was scorched (heavily burned on the outside and towards m/r on the inside). My fries and broccoli was, of course, now cold. Steak was basically inedible at this point.
