This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.
The restaurant is incredibly dirty. The staff was openly using foul language. They locked the doors right after we entered, even though the lobby was supposed to be open. This happened at 6:45 PM on Saturday, April 10th. It is truly a disgraceful establishment. Not a single employee acknowledged us. My pregnant girlfriend's chicken was far from being fully cooked. It wasn't even suitable for takeout.
