Sometimes they give a attitude as if they do not want to serve them or they can have a attitude. that is not a good situation. I feel like you are re paying out this amount of money at panera, that the things they order or they should receive should be correct and the way they are requested. sally should not be spoiled, suppen or Mac cheese should not be cold.

We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.
