The quality of food has gone in the course of the years downhill, while the prices continue to increase. at this point is panera like overpriced hospital dinner. for two pick two meals, we spent $23.76 before tax. for the half of a sandwich and a bowl suppe and a piece of brot. bffr, panera. absolutely not?
So I think that this panera takes a cure or not listen to its customers, because every time I go to this place, I can't get what I requested or leave it dinge out of my bag or don't give me the drink I asked. Sometimes they give a attitude as if they do not want to serve them or they can have a attitude. that is not a good situation. I feel like you are re paying out this amount of money at panera, that the things they order or they should receive should be correct and the way they are requested. sally should not be spoiled, suppen or Mac cheese should not be cold.
This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.
I’m starting to think that this Panera Bread location either isn’t paying attention to orders or doesn’t take them seriously. Every visit, my requests aren’t met properly—items are missing, drinks are forgotten, and sometimes the staff seem indifferent to good service. My experiences here have consistently been disappointing. When spending your hard-earned money at Panera, you expect your order to be accurate and prepared to your liking. Sandwiches shouldn’t be dry, soups shouldn’t be lukewarm, and mac and cheese shouldn’t be cold. This location really needs to improve their attention to detail and customer service.
Extremely pricey with very little taste. My husband didn’t mention it until we got home because he didn’t want me to make a fuss. I bought a scone to take home, and my husband overheard the employee preparing the food ask the woman who took our order about the scone. He couldn’t hear everything, but she responded, “It just adds more flavor.” Did she drop the scone or do something else to it before giving it to me? I will never eat at that Panera again.
