What User likes about Tarboosh:
Don't let the looks fool you cause the food is amazing. Been here a few times now to eat when I'm in Hamilton and I am never disappointed. Falafels are the best and the chicken shawrma wrap is to die for. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Tarboosh:
My friend is a long time customer of Tarboosh and we stopped in for lunch the other day. The restaurant is a bit run down but the food was adequate for the price. I won't make a special trip to eat there but will probably eat there again if I am in the neighbourhood. View all feedback.

I enjoyed the meal and company with friends. It was at this restaurant that I learned what hummus is and gauge other's hummus what what I had here.
The lentil soup was watered down The wraps and any type of meat/combo meal was awful and made my family not feel too good afterwards.

read moreTarboosh, a local Mediterranean restaurant in Hamilton, may look run down from the outside, but the food inside is worth a try. Despite some negative experiences with the service and overcharging, the delicious falafels and chicken shawarma are consistently praised by returning customers. The lunch specials, including a fatoush salad and soft drink, are a favorite among regulars. While the restaurant may not be the fanciest dining spot, the tasty and affordable food options make it a worthwhile stop for those looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal in the area near the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
