We have tried one of the burgers in this new vegan restaurant and it is the best return of an Beyond Meat Burger I had. We choose the with faux bacon and onion rings and it was delicious. I wonder if some restaurants put it on the menu and really don't know how to prepare it. But the Staircase kitchen made it really good. The pommes were also delicious. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food make this place winner.
The Staircase is such a great contributor to the Hamilton art community offering various classes, live performances, and events. They have a great drop in improv class on Monday evening and offer festivals and many other great things.
This restaurant is one of the top spots in the city for experiencing local artwork. It is a must-visit destination.
