Because it is so busy and there is nothing to ab... read more I have only recently started going to this Second Cup. It is always busy and sometimes even hard to get a seat. Because it is so busy and there is nothing to absorb the sound, I find this location to be too noisy. The beverages are consistently made and are very good. They always get my order right, which I appreciate, since I go for a chai latte, 1/2 sweet, with skim milk, and with extra foam (yes, I'm one of those people). My husband tends to get tea. The staff can afford to be a little bit more friendly, as they usually don't display very much personality. The drive through also seems to take priority over the people waiting in the restaurant.

I've not been to this location before but it looks like most Seco... read more I was in Hamilton recently on business and stopped in to this Second Cup location for a break. I've not been to this location before but it looks like most Second Cups. The service here was fast and friendly and I got my favourite Chai Tea Latte which is always a great go to. If you looking for a break on the Hamilton mountain the Second Cup is a pretty good choice.

The big lanky mate o... read more Good customer service on behalf of the staff, but the owner is extremely rude. Came with a Starbucks coffee and ordered one of their foods. The big lanky mate owner started screaming for me and my girlfriend to throw out our coffees... excuses me politely explaining that I would do that after I bought Second Cup coffee. He was very unprofessional and vulgar. Do not recommend not feel safe.

Actually, all employees in all second cup branches. The staff I also met in Lime ridge Mall are all so nice...and exceed expectations with customers. I am a loyal customer to this magnificent taste and service.
