The food is fantastic and worth every penny. Not a place to see and be seen, but one of the best restaurants in Hamburg. Very personal and professional service.
Memory, the place where memories are made! The food is so incredibly delicious! The service is just as attentive and warm! What can I say? I'm thrilled, and a visit is worth every penny!!!
Michelin-starred food. Why doesn't this chef have this distinction? Perhaps it's the ambiance that's not quite right, but the prices are reasonable! A lovely terrace with a small garden. Attentive service!
A round of applause to the Memory team! What a beautiful and delicious evening we felt very comfortable and enjoyed excellent food. There was even exciting news from the trade fair. Absolute recommendation from us. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed an excellent menu with very good wine tasting. The service was excellent. We can highly recommend this restaurant.
It was a nice evening with very courteous service. Since we were the only guests, it was a little unusual to be in focus. The food was excellent, delicious and beautiful. The variations of desserts are highly recommended. Very nice also the greeting from the kitchen and the invitation to the baggage! Unfortunately, we forgot the tip after payment with EC card before loud conversations about farewell and enthusiasm for the great children of the family business...
We slept again. The kitchen of the Hagemanns is still sensational, the service of Mrs Büttner Hagemann is extremely attentive and loving. The whole gives a cozy atmosphere at the highest culinary level, which is looking for the same. For me an absolute favorite restaurant that I can recommend without restriction!

It was a nice evening with very friendly service. when we were the only guests, it was a little uninhabited to be in focus. eating was excellent, delicious and beautiful to see. very recommended are the variations of desserts. very nice also the greeting from the kitchen and the invitation to the bag! unfortunately we spoke louder to say goodbye and forget the enthusiasm for the big children of the family business the drink money after payment with EC card.

Large service and very good food. we were thrilled.
We were at a short distance two times in the memory . in both cases we chose the different menus with four people mostly. the excellent and personal service on every request is made true and already during the second visit were references from the first time in memory! better it is not. the menus were fantastic from a z. I had the pleasure to try the memory birthday menu and the second time the current memory menu. The first was fantastic, the latter convinced me even more. each gang was a high-end, the wee recommendations also fit perfectly. it rarely happens to me that in a five-course menu I find every walk so perfectly successful usually there is one or another, which is not so enthusiastic. not here! and all this too fair. the second time we had the luck to get a place on the terrace behind the house, where you sit very cozy and experienced a great rural atmosphere through the nearby horses and farms. the sülldorfer landstraße is initially to be heard, but the lärm ebbt very quickly in the evening. do not let them deter from the inconspicuous outer of this restaurant, or from the fact that it does not bear star. in my opinion, the memory counts to hamburg's best restaurants it plays in a league where you shouldn't compare anyway, but only still enjoy; we will definitely come back again!

The restaurant store is a real shadow. Yes, it's not a cheap place. looking for an exceptional taste experience that has landed in the true parades in memory, and dreaming without stress or the poor as in other famous restaurants in hamburg. also the wine card is very good. I always recommend: let us weep them without asking or choosing. the choice of us fits perfectly with the dreamy tips.
High class not affordable for everyone
Really excellent quality of the ingredients and preparation, repaired with a friendly service with good trips, with a too small menu and an ambiente that does not meet my taste. actually a pity, because we have rarely eaten so well, but also so unpleasant.
