They completely ignore... read more After 2 hours, I call and ask where my order is. The answer is delivered. Even though I told them not to ring the bell please call XXXXX. They completely ignored me. So I had to run through the building and ask who answered. When I got my food, my appetite disappeared. The calamari was sliced too thick and drenched in oil. When I tried it, it wasn 't cooked properly. The coleslaw must have come from a can. Definitely not tasty. The only thing that was tasty were the fries. They weren 't too salty and had a nice crispy texture. Conclusion: Not recommended. I wish I 'd read the reviews first instead of ordering directly... I would have saved myself the stomachache.
