I've been ordering fro... read more The food is getting worse and worse. The minced steak is still pretty raw, and the gyros are way too dry. The chef is totally unfriendly. I've been ordering from there for years, but I can't miss it anymore; I'd rather go to the Greek restaurant on Sieben Tunnelweg.

No thanks! quick but ready and tasteless. We've been there before, it's overflowing with decorative junk and there was a hair in the salad, to which the waiter just shook his head and reluctantly brought us a new salad. That's why order home. But here too, no thanks.

Something wrong was simply delivered, not even worth mentioning, but it couldn't be eaten, so I called back to ask for the money back because the person then lost their appetite. I don't know if it was the boss, but he was absolutely unfriendly and immediately started complaining that there was only new food and a money back would be too expensive or I don't know, he got angry so quickly that I then took the entire order gave back. It wasn't easy to convince him because he half-shouted at you on the phone, but it worked. The only thanks go to the nice driver who at least apologized and gave the money back without any problems. After about 20 minutes I got a call from the same person from the private number (always nice when a company phone isn't being used but the number is, in the best case, still saved, data protection and so on), who then wanted another €10.50 from me back, whereupon I ended the call immediately. I think it's extremely audacious when you can't show any goodwill and then become so rude. No more recommendations, it used to be much better. (I'm curious whether the boss might come by after work to talk, but then the police will be called in)
