The service, the food, the ambiance and every other detail was thoughtfully executed to perfection. A special thanks to Christoph for his passion, dedication, and remarkable attention to detail. Not just artistically or aesthetically, it was an all around extraordinary and exquisitely rich culinary experience. Had another 3 Michelin last week (The Table) but Haerlin was something else, to which we both agreed and got the chance to confirm. Perhaps meat lovers who do not prefer seafood might not be as satisfied but Haerlin hit the spot and offered by far a better and fulfilling fusion experience. The ambiance, the service as well as the menu is worth it.

The restaurant itself was gorgeous, but the hotel could do a better job with their restrooms.

We decided to go the accompanying wines with the menu that was an amazing choice. The service was great, although the atmosphere in the restaurant was somewhat too quiet for my taste. All in all a great experience to celebrate our anniversary!
