I loved the skalopp, deenliver and truffle bowl. an unexpected combination in the taste that surprised me. I would also like to mention the deserts that were an absolute joy. the only wish I had is to have the same people who look around us. I think we had three different people who serve the table. but this is just a small detail. overall it was an absolutely amazing foodie experience.
