Die Eisbar - Feedback

What rosa kern dislikes about Die Eisbar:
Not recommended!!! I politely asked if I could use the toilet. The boss replied unfriendlyly, whereupon I asked where the toilet was. The answer I got was that it wasn 't his problem and he couldn 't take care of everything and I should just open my eyes. This is not how customers should be treated!
