I politely asked if I could use the toilet. The boss replied unfriendlyly, whereupon I asked where the toilet was. The answer I got was that it wasn 't his problem and he couldn 't take care of everything and I should just open my eyes. This is not how customers should be treated! I also read the other reviews and it seems I 'm not the only one with such experiences. It 's a shame that it seems to be everyday life there. I have great compassion for the employees.
