Food was up to Chick-fil-A standards, delicious as always. I would eat here alot more often if it wasn't in the location that it is. There are spots marked for Chick-fil-A customers but they were all occupied even though no one else was in the restaurant. This time specifically there were UPike vans and college students (without food) getting in the cars in those spots. View all feedback. What TriniGurl84 doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
This was the worst Chick-Fil-A I have been to. My food was cold (fries and chicken sandwich). I asked for an extra crispy sandwich and was told they are all crispy. Once I got my sandwich it was cold, dry, and soggy. The fries were just sitting there and was given to me because they did not have any fresh fries in the fryer. Very delicious, its inside pikeville college but everyone is welcome , it gets a little loud with alot of students are in side but the food is so great
Once every 3 months there is a nice person that comes around makes sure everybody does their job right
