Nestled in the charming Market Square of Easingwold, Tea Hee Cafe offers a delightful experience with a variety of seating options and a warm atmosphere. Guests rave about the welcoming staff and scrumptious treats, including well-loved scones and an impressive array of gluten-free options. While some patrons reported disappointing experiences with certain breakfast items, many others enjoyed satisfying meals and cozy refreshments. The cafe’s outdoor seating provides a perfect backdrop for people-watching, making it a favored stop for those seeking both quality food and genuine hospitality. Overall, Tea Hee remains a delightful gem worth visiting for locals and travelers alike.

Called in on a rainy Sunday morning ready for a coffee. The welcome was warm and friendly and the coffee was superb, so good in fact we had another. We had the cinnamon toast, delicous, and a toasted teacake also delicous. We will definitely return. Thank you.

My Dad and I stopped off at this cafe after a sweltering journey in a car with dodgy air con. Since we were too early to check into our holiday rental a few miles away, we chose the TeaHee in desperate need of a cuppa and a snack. Easingwold seemed to have more life than it did when we visited ten years previously. The setting is idyllic and the two staff who served us couldn't have been more welcoming. Would we like strawberry or raspberry jam with the fruit scone? Would we like onion marmelade with the cheese scone? Yum. Not long later, we were sitting at a table out the front with warm scones and a huge pot of tea. Thank you this is what hospitality should be like.

With so many cafes in the town it can be difficult to chose between them. However, TeaHee was excellent in price, service and quality. Staff were very friendly and efficient, food was also very good with a good choice menu. Well worth a visit.

Table of 5 for breakfast this morning. 3 plates of food went back. Scrambled eggs were slimy and not seasoned. Asked for well done bacon however the fat was barely cooked. Fried eggs were slimy and ‘gloopy’ on top. Bread wasn’t toasted. Waiting time between plates being brought out so food was going cold. We had to ask for salt pepper and weren’t offered any sauces. Won’t be returning again which is a shame

Took long time to take order, when it came it was supermarket cheap bread, and supermarket plastic ham, not the same quality as last time I came, still waiting for knife and fork to eat my terrible salad
