Looks like oil doesn’t get changed frequently. Can’t believe they thought giving out burnt potato cakes was ok instead of throwing in the bin and starting again. Chips were not crunchy and burgers were so salty. Was a new customer, unfortunately not going back.

However,... read more I made a decision to support my local restaurant instead of going to a nearby fast food chain. I ordered 2 flakes and a large chips, which cost me $31. However, I realized I had ordered too many chips and asked the owner if I could exchange them for a smaller portion. Instead of offering a cheaper option, the owner split the chips between the two flake orders. I later noticed on the menu that a combo of flake and chips was only $11.50 each. The owner did not inform me of this option to save money. He also charged me for tartar sauce and did not offer any compensation for overcharging me. Overall, the owner's lack of consideration and poor customer service left me with a negative experience. The fish did not taste good and I was disappointed that I was not offered a complimentary drink. I would not recommend dining at this establishment. Service: 1 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 3.
