The restaurant has plenty of parking space available, so finding a spot was easy. Plus, the free parking lot adds to the convenience. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience!

However, after waiting 10 minutes and then 15 minutes with restless kids in the car, I decided to go inside. I found it strange that, despite being the only customer, no one had attended to me. When I asked about my order, they seemed puzzled and had to call for the manager, Abhi or Abbie. One staff member apologized and promised to prepare my meal right away, while another guy casually said, "Sorry, bro, we’re getting it now." Their casual approach was frustrating — they had completely forgotten my order. Despite having five people in the kitchen, they couldn't seem to prepare 10 tenders in 18 minutes. I pointed out that the staff should address customers properly, mentioning I am not "bro," but "sir." As I left, I expressed my disappointment with the service, only to hear them laughing behind me. When I finally received my meal, I discovered there were no napkins or wipes in the bag, which seems to be a common issue at this location. The lack of basic customer service training and professionalism was evident. I believe they should shut down this place and replace it with a proper establishment like Grill'd. No one offered any apologies, just more casual remarks like "Ok, bro!" Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

However, each box only had 5 pieces, leaving me with just 15 instead of the 24 I paid for. When I raised this issue with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and rectifying it, they argued over just 3 missing pieces, totaling 9 pieces in total. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a big food chain like KFC. I feel cheated and deeply dissatisfied with this experience. I caution others to be wary when ordering from KFC, as they may not receive the full quantity paid for.
