I called the manager to report the issue, and she informed me that they cook the chicken according to set timers. I expressed my concern that the chicken was not properly cooked and suggested that she should investigate, as other customers might be facing the same problem. She replied that they were too busy to address it at the moment and advised me to send an email instead. Meal type: Dinner.

However, each box only had... read more My recent visit to KFC was extremely disappointing. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and bought 3 boxes, expecting a total of 24 pieces. However, each box only had 5 pieces, leaving me with just 15 instead of the 24 I paid for. When I raised this issue with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and rectifying it, they argued over just 3 missing pieces, totaling 9 pieces in total. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a big food chain like KFC. I feel cheated and deeply dissatisfied with this experience. I caution others to be wary when ordering from KFC, as they may not receive the full quantity paid for. Talked to the delivery... read more Ordered delivery on Menulog and the food came an hour late(the estimated time was pushed an hour back), AND they got the order mixed up. Talked to the delivery driver and it's not their fault as the food is still hot Meaning they somehow took an hour to process the order. Never ordering here again. Also tried to call them but the number wasn't available and got put through voicemail that probably won't ever get a response. The food was below average even amongst KFC, the wrap somehow tasted rotten.
