I went with elise yesterday and I had the double burger without salat and elise had the original fillet burger and we both shared the chips. the staff was very friendly and the service was fast. View all feedback.

I went through the drive-thru, and since it wasn't busy, I ordered a Zinger Burger box. However, they forgot to include the coleslaw, so I had to ask for it. I also wanted a drink, but they didn't offer me anything. The photo I took really highlights how disappointing the quantity and quality of the food were; it was honestly shameful and not appetizing at all! Unfortunately KFC Hallam is a terrible place for food. We have visited 3 times over the passed few months and each visit has not been pleasant.There is always a long wait for the food, we have waited about 20 minutes each time.The food is never fresh. The chicken is dry, the chips are cold and overall the taste is bland.The staff are nice but very lost and don't seem to know what is going on. They just walk around aimlessly and then eventually pack some food in bags and hand it out.We tried to give it a go, but unfortunately we won't be visiting again.

Got my order wrong chicken was very dry had to go back and get a servette spoon for my three piece feed . and why is there arabic music on while im eating my meal . im not a racist i come from a european background its not right . the time is 6.56 pm on the 28 of august . im writng from the store . the young lady who served me was very pleasant . i know its hard to find workers but its your job to provide me a fresh meal i paid for . if you dont undertand this concept of customer service i cannot help you . i will not be back . my friends order was totally wrong .
