What User likes about Water and Bone:
Was an unexpected delight to say the least. Food was outstanding and the service on point. The atmosphere was cozy but also trendy. The use of local ingredients was impressive and clever. If you are visiting or local I would absolutely recommend this place. We had a selection of appys that all were amazing. The chefs spin on the traditional was playful and smart. Keep up the great work, you will be first on my stops... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Water and Bone:

read moreWater Bone, located in Halifax, offers a fusion twist on traditional ramen dishes with mixed reviews. While some found the dishes lacking in flavor and overly greasy, others raved about the rich, flavorful broth and clever use of local ingredients. Despite a slow kitchen and average service, the cozy yet trendy atmosphere impressed many diners. The steamed buns were a highlight for some, while others praised the spicy Tam-Tam soup. Overall, Water Bone seems to polarize opinions with its unique take on ramen, making it a spot worth visiting for those craving a different dining experience.
