The food was fantastic—actually better and more affordable than other spots along the boardwalk. I'm quite a picky eater and won't put up with poor service, but I can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. I ordered the burger, which was delicious, along with beer-battered fries. Others in my group had the haddock and fish and chips, and everyone was raving about the flavor and freshness of their meals. I suspect the negative reviews might be from those who are just grumpy after losing too much at the casino.

The quality of the food is generally solid, but the cooking of the prime rib can be inconsistent. Sometimes it comes out medium, other times rare or even well done. My lobster tails were usually tasty, although they were occasionally slightly undercooked. The service could be a bit slow, but considering the price of $9.99, you really can't beat it.
