The interior could be cleaner, as I found a coffee spill with a centipede swimming in it when I went to sit down.

Tim Hortons is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, especially when I order inside. One time, I or... read more I have only tried their muffins, donuts, Timbits, and dark roast coffee. Some of the staff are really great, but the others are not so good, lol. One time, I ordered a coffee and the guy at the counter handed it to me and awkwardly said "have a nice..." I think he forgot the rest of the sentence. I couldn't help but laugh when I left the restaurant.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was very disappointed with the service provided by the manager, whose name I believe is either Kiran Deep Kaur... read more I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was very disappointed with the service provided by the manager, whose name I believe is either Kiran Deep Kaur or Karan Deep Kaur. Firstly, she was not wearing a hairnet or a cap while working behind the counter, which is a clear violation of basic food safety and hygiene standards. Secondly, when I requested a coffee refill, she rudely refused to serve it in my cup. As far as I know, the standard procedure at Tim Hortons is to rinse the customer’s cup and then refill it—this has been my experience at other locations. It’s concerning that someone in a managerial position is either unaware of company policies or chooses not to follow them. Additionally, the rude attitude displayed was completely unacceptable and not what one expects from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope this issue is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to ensure better service and hygiene compliance in the future.
