He was exceptionally friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. I am truly grateful for his dedication and positive attitude. Employees like him make visiting Tim Hortons a pleasure.

However, I have had issues with the app not being compatible with the items available in the store. There have been a few occasions where I placed an order on the app, only to arrive and find that my order was incomplete because the app did not accurately show what the location was able to serve. This issue lies solely with the app and not with the store or its employees. The app should accurately reflect what the workers are able to offer. If you plan on ordering, it may be better to wait in line so you can see firsthand what items are available, as the app is not always accurate.
