This Tim Hortons location is known for being one of the busiest in the area. Their croissants are especially delicious. If you plan on dining in, be sure to grab a seat early as it can get quite crowded.
I don't understand why this place receives so much negativity. The staff could improve their speed and customer service, but they were never rude to us. The service was a bit slow, even though we only ordered a fruit and vegetable wrap. There was no one else in line, so the wait time was not a problem.
This restaurant is one of the best, although the service can be a bit slow at times. Michelle is exceptional and deserves recognition for how well she treats her regular customers.
I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a cilantro lime veggie bowl and they made a wrap instead. I told them that I didn’t ordered a wrap, the person who took my order, said the other guy to put it in the bowl and serve that also said that it is the same thing. I found this thing rude.
