This is the first time I have encountered such a restriction and find it very frustrating and illogical.

They w... read more I have never been to Tim Hortons before, but my recent experience prompted me to write a review. The staff at the location I visited was incredibly rude. They would not allow me to dine in because my dog was not wearing a vest. Despite showing them a medical note for my dog, they refused to consider it until the owner intervened. I decided to just take my order to go. I will be keeping an eye on their behavior in the future.

Despite my request for different... read more I had a confusing experience at this restaurant where the employee used the same gloves to handle both veggie and meat options. Despite my request for different orders, I received the same order prepared with the same gloves. The employee mentioned that they were short-staffed with only three employees working that day. It seems like they were overwhelmed and didn't pay enough attention to customer requests.

They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. I told them that I didn’t ordered a wrap, the person who took my order, said the other guy to put it in the bowl and serve that also said that it is the same thing. I found this thing rude. Then I asked for a refund and got one. But the service was not good. Service: Dine in Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
