Tim Hortons presents a blend of charming service and operational inconsistencies. While the restaurant excels in serving delicious croissants and accommodating memorable customer requests—such as baking fresh honey crullers on demand—its limitations on vegetarian options after 11:00 AM raise eyebrows. Additionally, customer service has room for improvement; incidents of rude staff behavior and a lack of clear communication regarding dine-in policies can dampen the experience. Despite these challenges, some staff members shine, leaving patrons hopeful for future visits. Overall, while the food is a highlight, service variability remains a concern.

Was Aswini A at Tim Hortons a mag?
I don't understand why this place receives so much negativity. The staff could improve their speed and customer service, but they were never rude to us. The service was a bit slow, even though we only ordered a fruit and vegetable wrap. There was no one else in line, so the wait time was not a problem. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Tim Hortons:
There are no vegetarian options available after 11:00 at this restaurant, unlike the bacon and sausage which are available all day. This is the first time I have encountered such a restriction and find it very frustrating and illogical. View all feedback.

I have never been to Tim Hortons before, but my recent experience prompted me to write a review. The staff at the location I visited was incredibly rude. They would not allow me to dine in because my dog was not wearing a vest. Despite showing them a medical note for my dog, they refused to consider it until the owner intervened. I decided to just take my order to go. I will be keeping an eye on their behavior in the future.

I had a confusing experience at this restaurant where the employee used the same gloves to handle both veggie and meat options. Despite my request for different orders, I received the same order prepared with the same gloves. The employee mentioned that they were short-staffed with only three employees working that day. It seems like they were overwhelmed and didn't pay enough attention to customer requests.

I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and the coffee hot like everyone expects with Tim Hortons! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a cilantro lime veggie bowl and they made a wrap instead. I told them that I didn’t ordered a wrap, the person who took my order, said the other guy to put it in the bowl and serve that also said that it is the same thing. I found this thing rude. Then I asked for a refund and got one. But the service was not good. Service: Dine in Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
