She is able to remember my order e... read more Tim Hortons has always been my go-to spot until I started working from home. Whenever I visit, I make sure to ask for Sheena. She is able to remember my order even after only seeing me a few times. She always makes sure that I am well taken care of. The food is consistent with other Tim Hortons locations, and although it can get busy at times, the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept clean.

The staff seemed completely disorganized, and it took an absurd amount of time just to get a simple coffee and bagel. The line moved at a snail’s pace, and nobody seemed in any rush to help. I get that places get busy, but there was no sense of urgency or customer care at all. If you’re in a hurry or even mildly hungry, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.
