I was looking for special supplements when I was addressed by the owner. he was incredibly friendly, polite and knew what he was talking about. not only did he help me to choose the supplements I needed, he let us try a new vegan protein powder, gave us a few recipes and very suggested I try larry and luna’s eis (that is the only place in halifax that runs it). they are also one of the pick-up destinations for the csa of moonfire farm. we would go weekly to get this.
