They have unique vegan products that are not found elsewhere in the area. Some highlights include Dandies marshmallows, Coconut Bliss, Sol Cuisine meatless alternatives, local business Rawkin' Cakes and Creations, cruelty-free brands, supplements, and more. I was looking for special supplements when I was addressed by the owner. he was incredibly friendly, polite and knew what he was talking about. not only did he help me to choose the supplements I needed, he let us try a new vegan protein powder, gave us a few recipes and very suggested I try larry and luna’s eis (that is the only place in halifax that runs it). they are also one of the pick-up destinations for the csa of moonfire farm. we would go weekly to get this.

Their prices are generally comparable to other stores, though sometimes they can be a bit higher. The staff is very kind and supportive, making for a pleasant shopping experience. It's easy to get to, with convenient parking available. They have a good selection of products, and I recommend either calling ahead or visiting in person to see what they offer. However, I find that online delivery can be quite expensive for local orders. The atmosphere is nice, and I enjoy browsing to discover new items. I always compare prices unless I can't find something anywhere else. They also carry locally made products, which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
