This is a nice, clean, and comfortable restaurant, with great food at a more than reasonable price. I had the pad se-we with chicken and it was perfect! My boyfriend had the cashew chicken for the umpteenth time, which I tasted, and it was also yummy!Looking forward to returning! View all feedback.

We ordered several dishes to be delivered to our hotel room. The staff member who took our order was engaged and friendly. The food arrived very quickly, it was fresh and perfect temperature, it was all delicious with distinctive flavors and seasonings. Price was very...reasonable.
We had spring rolls and different dishes and they were all very tasty and presented very well. The place was very busy with take-out orders and dining in customers and not many staff but they managed okay. The ambiance is lacking but the food...and the prices are very good. Prefer that over great ambiance and awful food.
We had a nice supper at Talay Thai during our stay in Halifax. The food was good and the staff was nice. We particularly enjoyed exchanging a few words with Thuy. She was very helpful, friendly and attentive.
I love Thai food, and Talay Thai is one of my go-to spots. This location in Cole Harbour is a good option for vegans, as there aren't many other choices in the area. While their menu doesn't explicitly label vegan options, the servers are knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. I find the food to be just okay - the pad Thai isn't my favorite, but they offer fresh vegetable options that can be customized. The sauces could use more flavor in my opinion. The atmosphere at Talay Thai is also pleasant.
The best Thai food around! Been going here for years. I will always make the drive to Dartmouth just to eat at this location. Amazing Pad Thai!
