From the point of the real authenticJapanese view, it is not so close to true Japanese cuisine. Each dish had something off about it. Gyoza sauce was too sweet, almost no green onions on ramen and udon, ramen noodle was kind of similar to Buldak’s, tuna sashimi was low quality and formally frozen, soggy karaage shell, no ingredients but only protein in curry udon (the soup is different from Japanese curry udon, and weak tea we went there after reading the reviews with high expectation. Food tasted good but if you know what true Japanese dishes are and how they are prepared, you might be disappointed. The staff were nice. Each drink including tea costs minimum of $3.
