We recently tried takeout from Sushi Cove and were impressed by the positive changes under new management! The sushi was noticeably fresher, the rolls expertly crafted, and the portions generous. I've been a regular at Sushi Cove for years, and it used to be one of my top picks. Unfortunately, since new management took over, the quality has declined. The rolls have become noticeably smaller and often rely on tempura as filler instead of fresh fish. The seaweed salad is now served in a very small portion, which doesn’t justify the price. It's disappointing to see a once-exceptional spot lose the attention to detail and quality that made it stand out. Not bad, but definitely not the same as before.
