If I could give this 0 stars I would. My wife and I each got a sandwich, and she got a drink with hers. All 3 of the soft drinks she wanted in the machine were not filled in the machine, completely empty. One was to the point it came out completely clear (dr pepper). The bathrooms were the messiest we have ever seen. My sandwich barely had any cheese, and the garlic aioli seemed watery and didn’t even taste like garlic. My wife’s sandwich barely had any sauce at all. On top of the issues we had, I had to wait long after my wife’s sandwich was done to be served, and the service person came back and said “oh sorry I figured someone else would have helped you by now”. Will not be coming back.
Food is the standard subway experience, the staff are what make it great. They're all very friendly and will even remember you if you go often. It's more than you can expect for a lot of the other subways. Always clean, always fresh.
Big shoutout to Bernard at this location. I hope that this reaches him. I went in today around lunchtime (a very busy time) to order 5 subs for my roofing crew and I. He was so incredibly patient and polite. Was a great experience with a laugh on the way out the door. Thank you. Please see to it that this reaches the staff of this location and give them a kudos.
