Unfortunately, she never returned to take our actual beverage order, and no one came back to refill our water during the meal. We ordered our food and decided to share a salad. About half an hour later, the server finally came back to ask if we wanted the salad served with our main dishes, which we agreed to. It’s astonishing to wait half an hour for a starter salad when there was only one other table to serve. The main course arrived almost immediately after the salad, which meant we received everything at once, even though that wasn’t what we’d requested. I had the mixed plate; the minced meat was delicious, but the cubes of meat were overcooked and dry. My partner ordered the lamb skewer, and hers was also quite dry. I believe it was a mistake to include this restaurant in the top 50 list; there's no way it should be compared to the others in that category. While the salad and side dishes were good, the main components and service were subpar. The restaurant feels like it’s still finding its rhythm, perhaps due to being new and having inexperienced staff. Overall, it was disappointing and doesn’t live up to the hype.

The service was decent, though our server seemed quite busy since there were only two staff members working. I requested water and had to ask a second time before receiving it. However, the food was excellent, and we will definitely return to try more items from the menu.
